Comments for Pennsylvania ZEV Consideration

Written comments were provided to the Pennsylvania Citizens Advisory Council and Environmental Justice Advisory Board, who held a joint meeting on November 16^th.  This meeting included an update from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) on its plans to adopt ZEV.  These comments raise concerns with implementation timing and the lack of proportional credit banks as part of the DEP’s plans.  They also highlight the need for state action to fund market-building efforts to support the proposed ZEV requirements.
