Auto Innovators Comments on EPA TSCA Fees

In response to EPA’s proposal on the collection of fees under the TSCA program, Auto Innovators supported and justified EPA’s decision to exempt importers of articles from fees. In addition, Auto Innovators requested additional clarification and application of commonly used thresholds to assist with smoother implementation of EPA’s program. These points of view were also supported by the Downstream User Coalition in which Auto Innovators participates.
