Auto Innovators President and CEO John Bozzella will lead the International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers through 2023
Last week, President and CEO of the Alliance for Automotive Innovation (Auto Innovators) John Bozzella was elected as president of the International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (OICA).
“As the auto industry navigates unprecedented times, from the semiconductor shortage to the global transition to electric vehicles and advanced safety technologies, the work of OICA regarding technical regulations and standards will be especially important. I am honored to accept the role of OICA president and look forward to engaging with global industry partners and stakeholders on the important issues that will define the future of safety and mobility,” Bozzella said.
Bozzella will lead the organization on behalf of the United States for a two-year term, succeeding Executive Vice-Chairman and Secretary General of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), Fu Binfeng.
